Honest Growth for Service Businesses
I spent nearly 15 years leading commercial efforts for heavy-lift and dry bulk carriers for A-class global brands in the maritime sector. My work covered freight trading, risk management, business development, spot trading, COA development, and charter party negotiations. That experience taught me how to build profitable operations under pressure and a high level of complexity.
During that time, I was simultaneously building Elda Silva Studio & Medspa, a luxury beauty business in downtown Miami. For nearly 10 years I grew it from the ground up into a seven-figure operation. Since 2025, this has been my full focus. Every system we use, from pricing to client experience to team development, was designed to grow without cutting corners on quality. Now I apply that same discipline to help other service businesses.
I earned an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. My approach is simple: get the right clients through the door with smart advertising, deliver honest value so they stay, and build systems that let the business grow without burning out the founder.
